When you first walk into the hotel, the stench of sewage hits you like a ton of bricks. The front desk agent was very condescending when telling me that next time I book two rooms, me and my guest have to check in at the same time. My sister arrived 10 minutes before me. Not a lot of time and not a problem if she had to wait for me. Then, my room was disgustingly dirty. Dust accumulated around the perimeter of the room. I guess their vacuum can't reach it? Then the bathroom was horrendous! Lip liner pencil shavings on the floor, paint chipping everywhere, mold in the shower and my husband and I are pretty sure there was blood on the outside of the bathroom door. The AC sounded like it was a jet rattling and taking off the entire time it was on. Our room already had an odd smell to it but the longer we kept the AC on, the weirder our room smelled. Then my sister's room smelled like urine as soon as you walked in! We asked the front desk to change her room so they gave her the option of two different ones. Both smelled like urine but we had just driven 13 hours so we didn't want to pack up and drive another hour to another hotel. We had first floor rooms and one of the locks on her window didn't work and it looked like someone had tried to take the screen off before because it was bent. The neighborhood is super sketchy and potentially dangerous if you're by yourself. The front desk agent also talked with another guest about how much she hates living in that town of Winslow, AZ where she works. They also called my sister in her new room to ask her if she used any towels in her first room so they could change them out. My sister couldn't remember but they asked her if she could try and remember so they don't have to change out both. I don't understand why they couldn't just change both towels instead of calling her three times about it. It makes me question if they actually change all the towrls and linens in between guests. I highly suggest steering clear of this town and Quity Inn because there is definitely NO 'Quality' here. Spend the extra money and stay in Flagstaff.

A room for under $100 (book on line before you get there) with free breakfast. Eggs, sausage, pancakes. Clean and spacious. Pool and Jacuzzi. Staff is awesome. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine with the hotel room it was very clean, and had brand new carpet and the breakfast was great and so was the attendant Jerry.

My problem is with the green haired girl who checked us in, she took too long checking everyone in, Yes i understand she was working by herself but she spent to much time talking about her personal life. I don't need to know that she is sick, or just broke up with her boyfriend (who was apparently sitting in the lobby as she kept having him come up to the counter while dealing with customers) but all that i could forgive, when she started flirting with my husband is where i find it unacceptable, she even asked him to add her on Facebook while myself and our child sat on the couch waiting. She was extremely unprofessional in appearance and in her overall behavior.

Update: Because the manager or owner has commented on the issue i had with the green haired girl i feel comfortable raising my score of this hotel. Everything else was great and we will be staying there again thank you.

Better than other options in Winslow, but the bathtub looked like the last time it had been cleaned was back when nsync was still a band... breakfast man was awesome though, like he was the highlight of our stay. He should get a raise. Best wishes breakfast man

If you looking for value. Right here it is. It's not a 4 star hotel. But its reasonably clean. The remodeling has been done well. The sheets could use some fabric softener. But there clean. The hot water is HOT. The staff are friendly and professional. There is an indoor pool with a hot tub. There is lots of truck parking across the street. The breakfast is as good as most. The rates are very reasonable. I recommend this Quality inn for the value
