Stayed one night. Check in was quick, room was clean, everything in the room worked. Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was good. Overall experience was good.
This Best Western motel must be run by the most money grubbing individuals on this planet. When checking in it was asked, of the individual of the front desk, if there was a military discount, to which the response was yes. 21 years active military qualified for the discount. After receiving the discount, we were informed there is a $20.00 per person charge (over and above the cost of the room) to which $40.00 (for two guests) was added to the bill over and above the actual advertised cost of the nights stay. When this was questioned, we were told this was company policy. We checked in and then contacted Best Western Corporate office and were informed this was an unheard of charge and corporate would contact the management and scold them for improper practices, but, unfortunately each Best Western is individually owned and there was nothing Corporate could or would do to correct this. Well, corporate may not do anything about this circumstance, but I can certainly inform all military, retired military and any other interested personnel of the bogus charges. I highly recommend staying clear of this modern day highway robbery scam establishment.
Great Hotel on Route I-40! Clean, comfortable and quiet! Breakfast was perfect and all staff members very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Best Western. A good experience. Slept well, a real true test!
I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. It had all the basic amenities I needed to make my stay pleasant. The room I seemed very new and was extremely spacious. My only concern was how the showers were set up... Only partially covered with glass and the water went everywhere. Otherwise, breakfast was quick and well stocked. I've stayed here before and will likely stay here again in the future.
Employees friendly and attentive. They take that extra step. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet typical choices but everything was fresh. They even cooked the scrambled eggs in a pan not the typical microwaved of other hotels. We will be back
