Just had a great dinner here. My husband ordered a salmon dinner which was cooked to perfection. I had the pot roast which was hot. Servers worked as a team.
They did a great job at this dennys. The service was great and the food tasted good.
This place sucks , was seated more than 15 min no drink order or recognition. . 6 servers working. . I understand busy truckstop.. but come on I'm a server myself. Never treat customers this way. Especially now we have social media. ..
Great manager and staff at this location. Always very friendly and great food. We go to this location even though it's not by our house just for the great staff.
The only good thing about my visit was the server. We had a party of 8 people and we sat 10 feet from a manager doing something on her phone, all of our food was made wrong by the cook. Our eggs were over cooked our bacon was undercooked, the hashbrowns were burnt as was the toast. We complained to our server and had to have half of our food remade and it was still terrible. The manager not once came over to talk to us, address the issues or even apologize. This was seriously the worst dining experience of my life. This place needs a change of management quickly or its going to fail.
