Very very rude! Called at 4:55p, to ask about pricing, before they closed at 5p & the guy who answered said, "Call me back in 10 minutes." I asked "Do you close in 10 mins tho?" Then he said "Why would I ask you to call back then!?" He was very rude & did not even answer the phone with which business it was. This Uhal place needs to either rehire or educate their staff on customer service.

Worst U-Haul place I've ever been to !This weirdo guy name Dave who is over the business in Winslow,very rude and unprofessional.I decided to return the U-Haul to a different location and pay the remainder balance for the milage .This Dave guy text my phone cussing and disrespect me for not bringing it back to his location.I didnt think it would matter since I'm getting charged !I definitely didn't give my number to U-Haul to be harassed.First and last time ever dealing with this place !!Never again !!!
