David was absolutely awesome. I highly recommend Tri-R Towing. They are extremely pleasant to deal with, great customer service, quality workmanship and very efficient. I can't thank them enough for helping me when my trailer axel snapped on rt. 40. They are also fair priced. Great company!
Car overheated on the way to albuquerque from mesa so we called Tri-R to get us to an auto shop in winslow. Our driver David was great very friendly and really cares he made our horrible situation not so horrible. He recommended us to go to o'hacho to get our car looked at which ended up being a blessing they had us on our way within 2 hours! Thanks for helping us out!
Fast and friendly service
just be ready to bend over and bite hard. This company was called out to recover my truck that was involved in an Accident in AZ, and AZ Highway patrol called them to come clean up without my permission, this company was very rude, and they charged me $700 for a 3 mile tow. Dispatcher was not whiling to help in any way and said if you don't like our prices we will drop your truck at the nearest exit and you can call a different company to come and tow it (witch is exactly what i did)
Driving across country from Phoenix to Maryland and ran into some serious trouble with our trailer. David from TriRTowing showed up within 20min of calling and towed our trailer safely and efficiently to the nearest shop. He was personable, reliable and professional, he even checked on us the following day. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a tow! Thanks for all your help David M!
