I took my dog to Dr Ruby having bowel problems. I was charged for an exam since she couldn't find anything wrong. About 5 months later I went back to have my baby put down. She said she had a mass in her behind and cancer in her eye. My baby died slowly. Now I'm being shamed on Facebook for cash that was paid to her some of it given to her assistant to make copies because she left her paperwork.
If she stitched up all his cuts they wouldnt have got bigger making them more worse. Maybe a slimmer chance of infection. He was STILL peeing blood AND vomiting. If he had internal injuries we would've found a way to help him more.
This was our 1st time meeting Dr Ruby on an emergency situation. Our dog was more than jus "A DoG" Everything should've been taking care of correctly, no in between when a life is at stake.
YOU SHOULD'VE DONE A THOROUGH EXAMINATION. SO HE DIDNT DIE IN PAIN!! Afterall, you said you thought he was gonna die in 2 days.
Upon speaking to her about billing payments, I was stunned. Dr. Ruby said, "You have some nerve bringing ur dog in here and you have no money to pay me!!" EXCUSE ME...IM NOT JUS GONNA LET HIM DIE!!
July 29th, we saw Dr Ruby because our dog Batman was viciously attacked by other dogs.I
When I spoke to her, she said my dog was terribly beat up. He was in shocked when they first arrived so she gave him ani-shock medicine and hooked him up to an IV. He had numerous injuries on his upper body, and face, lots of blood. She said if one of the other dogs went an inch higher Batman would've lost an eye. She told me the cuts weren't deep enough for stitches, but she provided oinment for the wounds. He was in a lot of pain with bruising underneath his skin. She provided shots for the pain and antibiotics as well. Also, she said my dog was traumatized but he should be fine in couple weeks.
I called Dr. Ruby Thursday about the bill and telling her that Batman passed away the night before. Her response was, "Wow!! He lasted that long?!?! I thought he was gonna die in 2 days." Couldn't believe my ears. She asked how he was so I told her. His wounds were still bleeding and got bigger. There was puss coming out of them and he licked it. He wasnt eating, or drinking. He started vomiting black stuff that smelt horrible. He was also still peeing blood. She jus said his cuts were infected, licking his cuts wouldnt cause him to vomit. Also...that he probably had internal damage, WHICH SHE ADMITTED THAT SHE DIDNT CHECK THE 1ST TIME and that she wouldn't have been able to help him beyond that.
