Horrible customer service. The lady up front is completely worthless, giving attitude to everyone. Typical Nazi government worker! Don't go here! Went to Flagstaff and had no problem at all, where Winslow said I had to fill out other paperwork Flagstaff did not make me. Don't go here!!
Horrible expieriance dosent ring hangs up then finally got someone came after holding for 17 min to tell me they can't help me to go online what a joke.
I stopped by today for the registration on my car. They were very helpful. I had 3 people ahead of me and I was seen in 15 minutes. A few months ago I went to the flagstaff DMV for a car that I bought. I must have waited 2 hours just to be seen. This one is so much better.
In and out in ten minutes. Staff is very friendly.
