Emergency room doctors and nurses were outstanding. Took care of me as quickly as possible and did a great job.
The Little Colorado Medical Center is extremely friendly, welcoming and compassionate. I recently moved from Phoenix to Winslow and I needed an pregnancy test to update my DES information. However LCM did not take my specific type of insurance plan. Instead of making me feel uncomfortable, judged and unworthy they gave me the test and billed my insurance company when it was changed over. I was so grateful for their understanding and compassion during that crazy time in my life. My OBG/YN, Dr.Ried, is knowledgeable and patient, he took his time to get to know me as a patient. Little Colorado Medical Center makes me feel like I am a part of a family. This is a refreshing feeling.
SHAME on LITTLE COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
While on vacation, my boyfriend hurt his back. This was the closest facility, but I was a little nervous based on the reviews I read. I can say now that we had absolutely nothing to worry about. We were seen very quickly, always informed of what was happening, and treated with patience and kindness. Everyone we encountered was friendly and made us feel much less anxious. I would recommend this facility if you find yourself in need!

To arrive at a Hospital and be mistreated, rudely and disgracefully treated by the staff, Nurse Nancy and Dr Jeff Crowder.I have never been treated so badly.I have heard many testimonies, from others who have badly mistreated by this Facility.I was treated as less than human being and was in extruciating pain when I left the Hospital.Did these people ever have a Heart? Compassion? Professionalism?Does their medical degrees and certificates justify their lack of empathy.
This office has the worst and most unprofessional staff for any hospital. The doctors are a bunch of quacks that have no idea about customer care, service or medicine. I will never go back and warn others to avoid this office and doctors if all possible!!!
