They do not understand how u tell them u want it cut. My son went in with hair to comb wanted a simple cut and he came out almost bald. He was very upset as school is about to start. So I will definitely choose to go somewhere else next time.
I decided to have my hair dyed from dark brown to blonde. My hair stylist Trivia did an excellent job, better then what I thought. She's very friendly and knows what she's doing! From now on I'll always get my hair taken care of here!
