We have always had a awesome experience here the staff is always friendly , never had any problems. We were previously Buddy's renters in Phoenix and they have never treated us the way Terri and his employees treat us which feels like family they are great group of people wish there was more like them in this town. We would like to say Thank you Terri and Staff keep doing what your doing we appreciate it.
I enjoy my queen mattress...very comfy and very good price. Never had any problems with them. They are always willing to help. I like there greetings and there always have respect for customers. If i had a facebook they would get 4 stars.
Buyer Beware! The delivery men stole from me. They actually took light bulbs from my lamp in my living room on their way out. I absolutely know this to be true because I was the person there and to have access. I used the light just before they arrived and tried immediately following. I couldn't believe that someone would do something so petty. I brought it to the attention of the store manager (Terry) thinking that he would certainly want to know...his reaction was mind boggling. He took immediate offense , started yelling and cursing and said get the F*** out of my store, not the reaction i was expecting or hoped for...Time to write a letter to corporate!
