Don't answer to call for hours
ordered tires at the store,said they will call me when they show up. Never called me nor answered the phone when I tried calling them numerous times. Grade F!
15 minutes here, only car in the whole place, they haven't even started draining the oil. What a joke.
On 7/17/2016 took my car in for a oil and filter change , after waiting three hours the Walmart service technician broke the clips off my air filter housing unit. Had to wait a addition hour for a Manager to take pictures and make sure a report was done. Now I am waiting on Walmart Corporate Office to get back to me after I have left several messages to get my car repaired. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART LOCATED IN WINSLOW, AZ AWFUL SERVICE INEXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS.
