My wife took her 2017 Camry IM in for an oil change.. when they were done we paid and went out to the car.. it had a big ding in the hood! Service manager said it was already there.. "road damage" he said.. NO WAY .. after awhile the service manager called and said to take it to Tates in Holbrook and they will fix it. So we did.. then we got word that they won't fix it.. tried to call a Mr Berry in Showlow.. he would never return our calls.
Worst experience with a dealership ever. We noticed our tire needed to be replaced on Sunday evening (we are driving across country and do not live in AZ). Couldn't find anyone with tires in stock so we ordered our tires on Monday July 3rd before 9am. Obviously they were closed on the 4th so we were stuck. We were told the tires would be in on Wednesday and they would be put on same day. Had to stay in a hotel for 3 nights just waiting for the tires. We took the car to the dealership before 10am on Wednesday and continue to ask about when the tires would make it. We were informed at 3PM after waiting all day in there waiting room that the tire company was having issues and they should be delivered the next day....so ANOTHER night of hotels since we could do absolutely nothing else. We left the car overnight at the dealership and when we FINALLY got it back completed and paid over $700 (just for the tires..not including our hotel stay and food for the FOUR days we were stuck) I found that my cooler in my car was open and everything inside had melted or gone bad. The car was left at the dealership for less the 12 hours and there was no reason for my stuff to be touched, much less ruined.
"Come on In" they say but come to find out they wanted to us to take a small car that we weren't wanting. Then they pull another vehicle that was older and making weird sound. The inside dirty!!! Make it worst, they wanted us, to put another thousand on top of that!!! OMG!! What was I thinking!!!
Tates in WInslow was an overall excellent experience. Tates installed a brand new transmission for me. My car runs better now than when it was new. Everyone there was very nice and professional. I highly recommend

Terrible customer service from Mr Gonzalez! Said it would be ready by 5 ! Well it was ready at noon Saturday, when they close! If we wanted to complain , we would have to wait til Monday! Said they would install 4 new Hankook tires! Installed off brand tires, unheard of, and charged well above the price, because they had us over a barrel! Never again I hope!
